Length (LL4; LL3; LL2; LL1)

EXCELiner is available in 4’, 3’, 2’ and 1’ lengths. EXCELiner components fasten together with 100% stainless steel pop rivets wich are supplied with the liner. The holes and slots for the rivets are factory pre-punched so no drilling is required. The male and female ends are hemmed to make the liner more rigid and reduce the likelihood of cutting yourself during installation.

Slip Length (LLA3; LLA1)

Slip lengths are available in 3’ and 1’ lengths. Slip lengths are used to adjust the length of the system without cutting. Note: Slip lengths must be installed above a fixed length or they will not adjust. They should not be installed immediately above a support, tee or elbow.

Split Base Tee (LT)

The flange for the tee mouth is formed into the vertical tee body to provide a strong connection while minimizing projection to facilitate installation in tight flues. The tee mouth fastens to the body with heavy duty stainless steel screws which install through the inside of the mouth.

3” – 4” Tapered Increaser (3PIT4; 3PIT4B)

Inline increaser is recommended for systems that have long runs. Available in Galvalume or Black exterior.

Flex Adapter Tee (PATF)

For pellet stove installations that are vented into a masonry chimney. Connects EXCELPellet to a 4” flexible liner and has a removable twist mouth that is available in 3” or 4”. Use in combination with the Masonry Adapter (PAM).

Length (SW) – Slip Length (SW1S)

Lengths are available in 12”, 18”, 24”, 36” and 48” lengths; 6”, 7” and 8” diameter.

Fabricated from heavy wall 22ga satincoat steel. Each length is laser welded for unparalleled fit and finish. There are no unsightly beads or bumps on the exterior.

Slip Lengths will slide into a regular straight length allowing you to adjust the overall length of a straight run without cutting. The minimum adjustment can be reached only if the length used below the slip length is long enough to accept it.

Adjustable Length (SWA)

The Adjustable Length (SWA) combines a 36” length and a 36” slip length in one box. The SWA provides enough range that it is often the only component required for vertical installations.

Tee (SWT)

Combines a 90° transition with a clean out. Does not include a Tee Cap (SWTP).

Length (UB)

Are available in 5”, 12”, 18”, 24” and 36”.

Adjustable Length (UBAF)

Combines a 36” length and a 36” slip length in one box. The UBAF fits all brands of insulated chimney and most brands of wood burning stoves without a stove or chimney adapter. A UBTC trim collar is included with the UBAF.
